When I am painting portraits by compressing and sculpting light with digital technology, I am conveying what I feel in my heart is a universal truth or human condition. I am trying to create art that is like a window to elements of the world's collective unconscious. Most importantly, I am trying to create beauty that is timeless and that enlightens the soul.
